Payment

Please pay upon ordering. We accept PayPal, credit cards and etsy gift cards.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations as we start work on items immediately.

Shipping

All of our products are hand made. We aim to ship all items within 4-6 weeks at an absolute maximum, but will endeavour to ship sooner than that.

Within the UK we use My Hermes signed for, and throughout the world, we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, or iPost Parcels.

We do not accept any responsibility for customs charges which may apply to your country of residence.

Please note that, if you order a pair of shoes and ask for a different style of shoe to that pictured, for example, should you request a pair of peep toe shoes, when the shoes in the picture are round toed, I will try my very best to find a suitable alternative pair of base shoes. This means that the colour/shade of the base shoes may be different.
